Parts Place Inc. took our money and did not provide working engine Auburn Hills Michigan

A motor broke in my sons car.  We called this company to ask if they could fix it.  They had us package up and send them this motor.  We sent it in Oct/Nov.  They gave us a run around for months and finally sent it back after Christmas.  Motor was damaged.  This company says it was not damaged and if it was, it was not by them.  The company ( a woman named Maggie) stated that we should contact the machine shops she sent our motor out to!!??!!  

I did not even know this had happened and do not know why.  Maggie emailed us the phone numbers since she refuses to talk on the phone with us. We called the number she gave us.  A man answered and said, I don't know why you are calling me, talk to Maggie at the company.  he hung up on us.Maggie will not reutrn calls and has now emailed us to tell us to take a hike.  she is not going to do anything about this problem. Sadly for us - she has cashed our payment and has our money and we do not have a working motor.
