Stay well away from this company.

My wife and I attended a travel company seminar last year in Broomfield, Colorado in which this company offered a Fly America Vacation Passport for two round trip airfares valued at $1400. After meeting all terms and conditions, including a processing fee payment of $104.25, our request was nevertheless declined and the company has been non-responsive.

I can only conclude that this offer was fraudulent and deceptive.

Update to My Complaint against Passport to Travel

AUTHOR: David - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, December 29, 2012

I advise any customer who has been victimized by Passport to Travel (Prestige Travel, parent company) to contact the Better Business Bureau of West Florida.

They pursued my complaint vigorously and Prestige Travel refunded my money.
