I sold my car to John and Tina Miller July 20, 2011. The note was for $2,000.00. He made 2 payments and since then has not paid any additional money.
As of February 2012, there has been no payments for 5 months. Has stated numerous times that he will pay, no attempt to make more payments. Granted he has sent over 100 text messages stating he was going to pay...no payments have been received. He never provided proof of insurance as required in the promissory note and bill of sale.
I wanted to help him out, him being a pastor of a church here in Denver, but now I know I was wrong in doing this. I am happy to state in another post he has satisfied his debt once the account is paid in full.

Pastor John ended up selling the car after he left Colorado and moved to Texas. I was holding the note on a vehicle that he defaulted on. He sold the SUV to a unsuspecting gentleman in Texas. When the new Buyer went to get the title, he was told he couldnt have it because he couldnt provide a clear title.
The Buyer had to post a $9700.00 bond which cost him $1,500.00. I was able to locate the surety bond through the state of Texas and file a claim against it.
Bottom line Pastor John not only defaulted on the loan I was carrying, he sold a car without having the title to the car he didnt pay me off and then it cost the new Buyer his surety bond which I collected against.
Do not Buy anything from this man...he will lie to you and cheat you..worse thing is he is a PASTOR of a Church.
