Patent & Trademark Institute - Larry McNutt ripoff Take money and never contact you again New York New York

PTI or Patent and Trademark Institute is a scam. Until recently, I was hearing from a so called, Larry McNutt. Sometimes the call would be from Las Vegas, sometimes from California, sometimes from New York.

Situation: I must admit, I contacted PTI first. I received the Package of forms, filled them out, and submitted them. It seemed like the very next day, Larry McNutt was calling me...very enthusiasticly. Telling me that my Idea was very good, and all the sweet talking in the world. He then sent me more items, the Agreement. Where you give them money to start the search.

Unfortuantely, I asked a family member how much a Patent Search was, and they said that it would cost over $1,000, so the 72-point report which PTI offers seemed reasonable at $1,333.00 I sent the money. Larry called me within the next couple of days, saying that they had received the money and that he would be giving me "weekly" status updates on how my project was going.

Here I am today....about one (1) month after Larry said, " I will be contacting you to give weekly updates", and I haven't heard a word. I tried reponding to Larry McNutt's email, but to no avail. It wasn't working with responses. I tried calling PTI, apparently they are under an Investigation Process, so I left Larry McNutt a message to call me back asap. Nothing, just nothing...not an email, not a call, nothing. I need to get my money back...can anyone help.
