I too am a victim of this so called judge...Charles J Hoskin.  I went through same treatment in 2011 with Judge Hoskin in trying to get custody of my child.  Judge Hoskin was rude and disinterested in my case and my divorce.  I filed for divorce to get custody and Judge Hoskin did nothing.  I had mountains of information and pictures on my ex wife being a bad mother and kidnapping my child which she took out of state.  I was on the stand for 2 hours answering questions and my ex wife was on the stand for 18 mins with her attorney asking questions. 

Judge Hoskin gave my attorney one minute to ask one question to my exwife when we had 55 questions to ask her.  All our questions had to do with her character and lies.  My ex wife's attorney had all the time he want to ask me questions.  How is this justice when the judge hands over your child with out finding out all the fact?  Judge Hoskin goes on record and says to appeal him in his decision as he made a mistake.  He doesn't give a crap about your case, you life or your childs well being. 

An appeal coast extra $15,000 in trying to get justice when this man is to lazy / not interested in doing his job.  I have lost everything due to this man's decision.  He handed my child over to a monster...my exwife who's not even raising my child. I would like to say more about Judge Hoskin but at this point I still have a open case.  I am looking for anyone who has had this judge and has gone through the same treatment.  Please contact me at (((email redacted)))  This judge needs to be kicked off the bench and exposed to the public as lazy, rude and incompetent!  He does not care about our children!  We can only do this in numbers.

Judge Hoskin is NOT an honorable judge at all. Its ashamed that society has to address such judges as honorable yet they dishonor children, elderly and those that care. I have found that this is a judge who does not follow the guidelines. I am hoping by publicizing this information that higher up end organizations will investigate him. Lets face it Judges can get fired to this is why I decided to get involved with Ripoffreport. With enough complaints its an embarrassment for the NV state governor and the judicial system sooner or later they are going to look into all the cases he fluked on and he is going to fault.

I recommend that you file a report with the Judicial Review I have and I am directing others to do so as well. This judge will then get notified of his mistakes and will be taken to a higher court where they may release him of duty.

This is a judge who took my son from me and I am a great dad. I give the world to my kid spend my days with him, make sure he gets medical treatment, fed, clothed etc. This judge placed him around a child predator, ripped him from his football team, school, cub scouts, doctors everything all because he wants to do as he likes rather then what the law states.
