Just thought I'd put this out there so other docs could find it. I got a telemarketing call today that sounded disturbingly familiar. It was almost identical to the call I got last year from Chiro Income Solutions. Except this time the company was calling itself Patients' Choice Network. Their sales pitch was the same: selling commercial time to attract injury patients on national TV stations, I could be the exclusive doc in my area, money back guarantee, etc.
It sounded all too familiar so I did a bit of quick research on the internet and found out that the 2 companies are about 2.3 miles apart in Covina, CA. Patients' Choice Network website started up just as Chiro Income Solutions website went down and they stopped answering the phone. They have the same business model, except Patients' choice network has added an education and training element that was not present in Chiro Income Solutions' site or business model. The most interesting similarity is the customer login screen is exactly the same for the 2 companies. This is the site Chiro Income used to track all the calls you received from your contract.
I was ripped off by Chiro Income Solutions last year, and would hate to see anyone else suffer the same fate. I'm not saying Patients' Choice Network are the same people as Chiro Income Solutions but the similarities seem to be more than just coincidence. I would encourage anyone who is contacted by this company to do an extensive amount of research on their legitimacy before signing any contracts or giving them any money. Look into Chiro Income Solutions information/business model and Patients' Choice Networks information/business model and decide for yourself.
I know for certain I'll never employ their services due to these similarities and I would recommend you not give them money either unless you are 100% certain they are legitimate. If you can't get a straight answer from them just try to set up an appointment to visit them in person. The price of the plane ticket to California is quite a bit less expensive than the contracts they sell.

The address that you posted is the same address for a Injury Legal Solutions, Inc., a California Corporation. It offers a very similar sales pitch, however, it is attempting to sale leads to attorneys. It is interesting to note that your post was made late last year (along with a bunch of others).. I wonder if Injury Legal Solutions, Inc. is the mere continuation of the same scam. Please respond if you see other connections between the two companies.

This report is 100% false and therefore constitutes libel against my company, Patients' Choice Network. Here's why:
The writer claims that Patients' Choice Network closely parallels a company called Chiro-Income Solutions. The writer also claims that he/she was ripped off by Chiro-Income Solutions. By encouraging readers to assume that Chiro-Income Solutions and Patients' Choice Network are the same company, the writer is also encouraging readers to assume that they will be ripped off by Patients' Choice Network.
Furthermore, Patients' Choice Network is not even remotely similar to Chiro-Income Solutions. In fact, all evidence that the writer gives to support similarities between the two companies is completely false. Here are just a few of the writer's erroneous claims:
Business Model. Patients' Choice Network DOES NOT sell commercial time to attract injury patients. Patients' Choice Network is an educational program for medical professionals that offers evidenced-based medicine treatment protocols in accordance with ACOEM Guidelines, 2nd Edition and AMA Guides to the Evaluation for Permanent Impairment, 5th Edition. As part of Patients' Choice Network, members receive preferred service with many other companies in the industry, including Work Injury Network, a marketing service for medical professionals; TrueMRI, a leading medical imaging group; and Rest Analysis, a sleep center. Though these services are offered to its members, Patients' Choice Network is not affiliated with any of these companies or their business practices. To my knowledge, none of our partner companies are associated with Chiro-Income Solutions.
Customer Login Screen. As I mentioned before, Work Injury Network provides discounted marketing services for many Patients' Choice Network members. As a convenience to Patients' Choice Network members who also utilize the services of Work Injury Network, the Patients' Choice Network web site contains a Login Screen, which allows members to track the success of their Work Injury Network marketing program. This Login Screen is not a similarity between Patients' Choice Network and Chiro-Income Solutions. Rather, the Login Screen is part of a generic software program used by thousands of companies around the country. The software is owned by Swiftreach Networks, one of the nation's leading providers of enhanced telecommunications solutions for businesses.
Visit Patients' Choice Network. The writer implies that prospective members will not get a straight answer from Patients' Choice Network and encourages these potential clients to visit our offices in person. The Patients' Choice Network training program is offered ONLY in California, and several of our members have already visited our offices; we host several of our training sessions right here in our offices.
It is obvious from the outrageous claims in the Rip-Off Report that the writer has confused Patients' Choice Network with another company. While this confusion may not have been malicious on the writer's part, it is very damaging to my company's reputation.
