the company came out and supposedly fixed the handle to the cold water shut off so that it wouldnt leak. we th en
bought new washer and dryers and connected them to the spouts down below the cold water shut off valve. at no time
did we touch the cold water shut off valve for any reason. th e valve started leaking again. i called the company and
they refused to come out even though their bill said one year parts and labor warranty. they had been out 30 days ago.
during that time i never checked to see if lthe leak had returned. only after hooking up the new washer did i stand there
and notice a leak again. l it may have been leaking even with the old washer since he was here.
