Pat's Small Engine Parts Item represented on website is different than received, Pat's Small Engine Parts claims they can do nothing. Internet

Ordered parts for a rototiller repair on 11/24/12. Recevied a confirmation email shortly after ordering with the following information:

"Thank you for shopping with www.psep2.biz. Your order number is #48054.

<personal info content removed>

1 of 618-0245B - MTD - Shift Assembly @$58.69ea.

1 of 737-0300A - MTD - Grease (19 oz.) @$17.94ea."

However, when the parts were received, it only contained 8 oz. of grease. I immediately contacted them via email to let them know they still owed me 11 oz. of grease. Their response "We tried calling you but the phone number we have was wrong on our books.  The website that you obtained the part number and info from is out of our control and has a printing mistake.  The tube is only 8 oz which you see, not the 19 as printed.  Sorry for the inconvenience." (note: their email response contained my phone number which was correct.......).

I followed up with a snip of the PSEP website showing the 19 oz. product, and a copy of the email confirmation showing 19 oz. Cut and paste of that email follows:

"The order confirmation I received after ordering from you says 19 oz. The attached JPEG is the website that shows the product ordered.It says PSEP, which I believe is your website. It clearly shows the grease is to be 19 oz. for $17.94. I could have purchased the grease locally, but didn't due to the price listed on your website. If 19 oz. are listed for $17.94, the 8 oz. tube should be $7.56. I will look forward to a refund of $10.38.

Their response "That price is for the 8 oz tube.  The printing error is not something we can do anything about."

My response back "What a terrible way to run a business. Tell your customers that you cannot control what is on a website that is your business website..... I don't know the details of how the wrong information got onto your website, but I am certain of 1 thing, it is not my mistake or error, and I should not have to pay for it. I will take your latest response as a refusal to correct YOUR error, and will open a complaint with the credit card company. Please provide billing invoice information for this order."

Their response "The only mistake is in the listing by ARI the provider of the lookup service.  The price was for MTD's grease in 8 oz packaging."

They are obviously not customer oriented, as is obvious from their responses above. They are not willing to take responsibility for, or even attempt to correct the error. I made a purchasing decision for the total price of repair part + grease, and they don't seem to care. So anyone thinking about doing business with them beware, they obviously aren't going to own up to pricing or website information errors, and you'll be stuck.
