Pat's Small Engine Plus (PSEP) Order Never Received, Money Never Refunded ISANTI Minnesota

 I order two parts from Pat's small engine plus on 10/14/2014 for a total of $16.05. I made a mistake when putting in my ship to address, so they called me on 10/21/2014 and I gave them the correct address.  Acouple of days later I contact them about a tracking number, they gave me one and it said they sent it to a different address than I had given to them. I contacted them again and questions them about this and they replied with you will have to give it a few days until we get these back so we can send them to the correct address. As of 11/03/2014 I have not received my order, it still says that the order is out for delivery. I asked them to just refund my money, they told they will gladly do that when they receive the parts back, if they don't get them back then I won't get my money back. I just asked them to just send me a new order and they said if you pay for them then they will otherwise I have to wait until these get returned to them.  I asked to speak with the manager, the person says I am the manager, so I ask to speak with the owner and the jerk tells me I can't because the owner hired him to handle calls like this. He then tells me thank you for your business have a good day and hangs up.

I contacted my bank and now have them involved in this dispute, hopefully something good comes out of this. All I want is my money back and to inform people not to do business with this Company, no one should have to go through treatment like this. You pay for something you should get it. Last time I heard the customer is always right, take care of the customer. Not with this Company.
