Paul Blanco Sacramento They sold me a lemon and lied during the sales process Sacramento California

 On July 3rd of 2016 i went to Paul Blanco to get a new car. They got me approved for a $10,000 loan and got me into a 2012 Ford Fiesta. During the process i was told by the sales agent and the finace manager that if there were any issues with the car that the warranty can't fix they will trade it for another car in the first 30 days. One week goes by and the transmission started messing up. I took it back and demanded to have it swapped out. They said no and then took it to a Ford dealer to have it fixed. A week goes by and i get the car back and hrs later it starts doing it again. I took the car back and once again demanded to have it swapped out. They said i was lying and that they never said it could be swapped out. So now its been over the 30 days and im stuck with a vehicle that Ford cant fix. That day i also took a 50 point hit on my credit because they just shotgunned my info out hoping for anyone to bite. Now here is the crazy thing. I traded in a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant for a $1000 torwards my $1750 down payment. Just the other day i got a letter in the mail from Riverside Police CA saying the Galant was in a car wreck and im being held responsible for it. They sold the vehicle before it was fully in there name. I comfirmed this with the DMV. I have been going back and forth with them with the BBB and all they are doing is lying about he whole issue. I even had Fox40 news interview me about this. I want this car swapped out and i want my $1750 back. If there are any lawyers out there that would take on this case please contact me. Do the research. Paul Blanco has a track record of doing this to so many people and they need to be put out of business for it.
