Paul Duncan of Retail Dimensions Abuses Employees He Does Not Like Beaverton Oregon

The lowest form of scum on earth are those people in positions of authority who abuse those who are less powerful than them.

Paul Duncan, the CTO of Retail Dimensions, is such a scumbag.  

If Paul Duncan doesn't like an employee at Retail Dimensions, he treats them like $hit, bullies them, and eventually fires them.  Then he hires another employee, and the cycle repeats itself.  
Do a google search on Retail Dimensions job, and you'll see that they're always hiring to replace the last person fired.

Paul Duncan doesn't see anything wrong with this behavior.  To him, human beings are expendable...the same type of thinking as Adolf Hitler.

The thought of anybody I care about going out into the world and having to work for a dirtbag like Paul Duncan just breaks my heart.   No human being should be subjected to that type of abuse, in order to put food on the table.

Paul Duncan has children, and I wonder what he would think if they were treated like crap by a monster like himself out in the work world.   (Perhaps they already are...if Paul Duncan treats employees like $hit, who knows what type of abuse his family is subjected to at home).

Paul Duncan does not treat all employees badly.  I've noticed that he gets along with attractive women.    I've also noticed that he gets along with quiet submissive-type males who he feels like he can dominate.   All other types of people are fair game for his bullying.

Paul Duncan is way over his head at RDI...he may be knowledgable about SQL, but is a complete idiot when it comes to running a company and managing people.
