We contacted PAPA, parents against allianation to try to regain custody of my two daughters that I had to leave behind so I could leave an abusive relationship. Just when I had gotten everything back together I find a group that "claims" to assist parents get their children back, what they got me instead is in contempt of court for going back to my childrens state of residence and taking them home with me "following the advice of my legal council Paul Penara." There are currently criminal charges brought against my ex-husband he is getting dismissed because his lawyer is being paid for with my child support money and I now have the children. Paul "quit" the day before I was headed to trial and he has every copy of my divorce proceedings and I can not contact him to gain copies of ANYTHING! The only thing I got from Paul Panera was the run around and judgements against me because he wasn't filing any of the paper work he said and he was paid to file.

First, because she used my name we should probably use her real name, Elisibath Spears, She paid a total of $1750, with meeting, 32 connected phone calls, drafting of several Documents, reviewing many documents, for a total of 28 hours invested between Sep. 8th and Nov. 15th
It appeared the only way for Ms. Spears to protect her children was to take them back to TX with her. Which left her out of our scope of services, along with the fact we were forced to work with the new boyfriend do to her work schedule, all papers were returned to the address provided along with a refund in the form of a money order for $500
