The individual Pavel Zarubin from Chicago,IL, ripped of few drivers in his Zip Carrier trucking company,then closed it.Now he opened new trading company,on the page of which he is LYING,that he is a CEO of this company for 10 years-that makes him 14 years old,when he began this trading.He lies about his employees-there is non,besides him.The page is 2 years old,and only 1 year on line.
I can only imagine,what and how can trade the person,who put bad checks instead of salary to his drivers;that charged for insurance,and never had one for employees;that was charged with stealing. Quote":

Be really careful with this guy.He even did not changing his "lucky" phone number-you can find it all over the internet,and information about him and his dishonest work.He called to the wife of one of the drivers and threatened her,when she tried to get justice with him.
He traveled to Ukraine in February and now acting like representative of some oil company from that region.DO NOT BELIEVE HIM .Ukraine is in war,do not trow money on him and his scamming ideas.

Answer: My name is Pavel Zarubin and I am one of the Brokers in charge for Mebius Worldwide Inc. Trading broker corporation located in Moldova, Chisinau and registered in United States.
This message was posted by Serghey Tomilko one of my ex employes who was fired from my corporation called ZIP Carrier INC. Its trucking business and Sergey Tomilko performed his job for me for more than 6 months. He was working based on 1099 form as a independent contractor driving SEMI truck and transporting loads all over United States. After certain amount of time Serghei Performed brakedown on one of the trucks ZIP Carrier INC owned based on the contract he signed he was in charge for all the repairs and brakedowns made by him on the base as a regular truck lease agreement. Because Serghey Tomilko was in not good financial condition our company management decided not to charge him on his first brake down and to allow him continue to work. Late fees was applied from brokers for late delivery of the load. Sergey was acting non professionaly and he was not able to perform his CDL job accurately. Last incident was happen a day before Serghey was fired. Because when he transported load on the flatbed trailer he damaged the load and broker opened insurance claim for this accident. ZIP Carrier INC was charged for $2500 the confirmation of this charge was provided to Serghey and also copy of the contract he signed that if any damage to the load will be performed is contractor responsability. But because of his personality he did not trust us. We were in need to terminate contract with him. Serghey and his wife Alla begin to threat me as a owner of this company with harm messages and phone calls. I never contacted his wife first and tried to perform any justice. Contract termination letter was sent to his residency adress with the explanation why he was fired, pictures of damaged load made by receiver and contract copy, bill that we receive from broker for $2500. Bill was paid by ZIP Carrier INC in full and we never reported Serghey Tomilko to collection agency or sue them for performing this kind of not professional CDL service.
Please make sure you would never hire this person Serghey Tomilko to perform CDL transportation services. This job is not for him.
Retail theft charge is not mine and I never been involved in any illegal activity, scam or fraud.
