Pay It Forward Auction Have not shipped order after waiting well over a month. Saddle Brook New Jersey

I won two (2) auctions on their site. I won a Johnny Bench autographed jersey and a Graig Nettles autograph jersey. I tried communicating with the company by email but never got a response. I finally called the company on January 10th, 2018 after sending payment on or around December 18th, 2017. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Ken Thimmel (sp?) who identified himself as the owner of the company. The man said the Nettles jersey came to them with a stain on it that was barely noticeable and that I may have accepted it anyway. He said that he thought someone else had called me to inform me of the problem. He then said that that is not the way he does business and that he had ordered another jersey to replace the one with the stain. He said that I would have both of my jerseys that I won in a week and that he would throw something extra in to make up for the problem. On January 19th, 2018 I again emailed Mr. Thimmel and explained that when we had talked (9) days prior he told me I would have my items in (7) days. I waited an extra couple of stays and still did not receive my items. On January 19th, 2018 I again emailed Mr Thimmel and explained that if I did not have a response from him by the close of business that day that I would use every consumer complain forum available to me and that I had already contacted an attorney specialing in online fraud. I never heard from him.

On January 20th, 2018, I filed a dispute with PayPal who is investigation. I am requesting a full refund and the items that I ordered plus the bonus I was promised. I have still yet to hear from him and PayPal has yet to hear from him. I understand that this is a new company but I cannot do business with them anymore after having experienced this treatment. I will urge all of my friends and business partners to never use the site.
