Pay Pal Inc. FRAUDULENT PAY PAL San Francisco California

My complaint to Pay Pal: Pay Pal needs to stop the fraudulent practices that have become your hallmark. It is unconscionable that you would take money from someone's bank... the person who paid me on Saturday... and put some kind of hold on it. Why? You have his money, which is meant for me. But no. FYI: This is a new low for Pay Pal. Usually, when this employer pays me, the money is immediately in my Pay Pal account. Why all of a sudden was a 4-5 day hold put on this money. Plus, it still takes another 3-4 days after I select "Transfer to Bank Acct" for this money to show up!! Not only that, you did NOT send me a notice that the money was in my account. And what do you think you actually do to merit 4.5% fee? I am very unhappy with this set up. But the person paying me can't seem to change to another method, due to his stressful illness. I vote you make this right by A) Returning all the fees you've taken from me; and B) Stop putting an arbitrary hold on money that you already have.
