On 8/10 I received a phone call from this company telling me they received my inquiry for a payday loan. When I asked how they obtained my information i got the run around. When I originally called them back I was connected w/ Julie then an Ashley. I spoke to each of the women twice and both hung up on me a total of four times when I inquired about how they got my information. When I called back the last time I asked to speak to a manager but was told they couldn't give out that information. I proceeded to tell them my identity had been stolen a month before and wanted to address this manner w/ the manager when I was finally given just a first name. When I asked for the last name I was told they couldnt give that to me or connect me but they would take my name and number to have him call me back. When I refused to give them anymore information about me she proceeded to tell me she couldnt help me or give me any information. Along side of being hung up on everyone there was rude and the customer service was awful.
This company and any company who uses someone ones personal information for profit should be out of business. I am also filing a complaint w/ the Secretary of State and the BBB, not to mention turning all information over to a detective to investigate.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDELANT AND WILL USE YOUR STOLEN IDENTITY TO PROFIT. IT IS A SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I guess you're right.. no one would pay them back and I get screwed in the end w/ a bill that isn't mine. Profit is the wrong word
