I see that there a quite a few of the payday loan protection fraud. I get calls from the is called OFFICER JOHN SMITH, he is a forienger and can not even pronoune this simple name. The phone calls come from -760-111-1000 and he claims that i took out a loan with him, and he will be taking me to jail today, He has called me about 20 times always saying. the same thing.

He has my S.S.# my bnak account #, my bank acount tracking #, my phone "of course" my address.

He finally hit my account taking out $30, from a fake electronic check, this $30 caused me overdraft fee, and then extended overdraft fees, and I had two check out that both bounced because of his check and all the other fees he created, Now I have two more overdraft fee, and the fees from the people I wrote check to.

So his $30 check cost me over $200. He will call and leave a phone number for you to call back on he does answer this number, which comes from an area code from Ohio. The other number 760-111-1000 in from Washington. But when you call that number it claims its a none working number

Chase closed that account and reopened another one, but in the meantime my direct deposit came in, but it was deposited into the frozen account, and chase will not release any money to me, until they are done with what ever they have to do. So since January 5, 2011 I have not been able to use my bank account, Now I have bill due and Chase Bank is holding on to my money. This really sucks. The bank has no sympathy, they don't care

I can not get anyone to help me, find this guy, not the police, not the banks no one, even on the electronic check there is a phone number that claims to be payday loans # but of course this is a none working number TOO

I wish I could talk with the other victums, but I don't know how to get ahold of them This OFFICER JOHN SMITH "SO CALLED" needs to be stopped. and I want help finding him.
