I have an unauthorized charge to my phone bill in the amount of $14.95 for a phone call made at 12:00 am on July 13th to real smart email.  I tried calling the number that billed me this charge and could not get connected.  The charge was from Payment One Inc. at 888-238-5118.  What really striked me funny was that in the minutes charged part of my phone bill there was a 0.  How can I bse charged 0 amount for a call made
