payment one inc. i received my phone bill and have a charge of $14.95 and i have had no contact with this company. i have tried to call and all i get is on hold then it cuts off. and i leave messages. they put a 14.95 charge on my phone bill, and i know nothing about this company. and they wouldn't return my calls. san jose, California
