Payment systems corp & Lease finance group & sister co. Northern Leasing co I was cold-contacted June 7, 2012 by a Payment Systems Corp rep. She said I would save an average of $498.00 a month. I come from Greece originally and was especially mislead when she said, my boss, Carlsbad, California

I was cold-contacted June 7, 2012 by a Payment Systems Corp rep. She said I would save an average of $498.00 a month. I come from Greece originally and was especially mislead when she said, my boss, is Greek and hes giving you this savings because you are Greek. $0.09 per transaction and 1% per sale qualified cards, and 0% debit cards, and after she gave me the contract for a brief glimpse. Then she took the papers to make copies at a nearby FedEx. She came back and told me to sign here and here.

She than gave me everything in a package and left. Later that night I open the package to review it. I see a fee of $298.00 lease. They sent me 3 credit/debit card machines, I never order that debit didnt work. She than told me that Payment System Corp forgot to download the debit-pin software and I refused to allow the updates because their not downloading software to all 3 devices is a direct way of not allowing businesses to receive the 0% on debit transactions. When I brought the discrepancy to their attention, they made me jump through hoops to prove it, even when it was printed right on their statement. I had to submit bank records and send back equipment. I fax all info to the boss, another rep, and customer service and never received a response.

They will not return my phone calls and all communication with Payment System Corp has hauled since I sent them personal information. in a Breach of Contract letter that I told them I was fraudulently charged
