Payment Systems, Global Leasing, Global legal Systems Scam Fraudulent Processing Steal Your Bank Account Carlsbad, California

This company scam is scum of the earth. Goes by many names and I am sure their DBA has changed a few times when folks start to catch up and on. Only out to rip you off. Contract is one sided "theirs" illegal in most states and was a rip off from the start. Only concerned now they will be after my personal info given to further defraud our company. Went and informed life lock and they are monitoring.  Smooth talking operator commissioned salesman Michael Kabak of Glenview Illinois seemed like a OK guy and spent several hours going over. Anyway we signed the contract couldn't even read the fine print but assured it was all standard form. Needed to replace system here which I already owned and worked fine. Would not have changed but was in a bind as our former processor put a stop on our account as fraudulent Ebay buyer claimed not his charge, (later we proved so). So we moved over to Payments Systems hoping they could get us up and going. Credit machine came not compatible with our system will not work. They want me to take it home and program from my phone. no again. We called and emailed and wrote letters tried to get the rep no luck. Our calls going unanswered even when we did find someone they were not aware and would have their supervisor phone us. No luck no calls no help. We boxed up the system and sent it back. We fixed the problem with our former processor and were back in business. I notified the bank to stop on anything from Global and payment Systems. Too late they had already raided our account for over $800 in fees with not one single transaction ever taking place. Then we did stop it. Thats when the rude phone calls at all hours both in the store and at my home and my mothers home whom is terminally ill. Threatening phone calls even nice I understand phone calls . We owe them for the contract phone calls ,we will settle for this amount phone calls and then back to the threatening we are going to sue you phone calls. We provided all paperwork paid out for service we never received and are all worn out with this scum bag company. Then yesterday 7/20/12 we get served papers for a case which has been filed against us in New York State f from all the companies listed above .So ow we are responding to this case and have called the suit be withdrawn by this company and their "attorney" Mohammad A Aziz of 421 Seventh Ave suite 905 New York NY 10001. File a Ripoff Report so a lawyer
will want to contact all the victims of this company!
