I had this coverage in case I became unemployed on my citicard.  Paid approx $35 a month to have it.  When I came unemployed I was very happy to have this coverage but my thoughts were too soon.  They make you fill out forms and proof of unemployment every month and every month they find some reason not to give it to you.  I spent many hours on the phone getting things cleared up and refaxing documents and finding additional documents. Then every month after I finally got approved they would finally pay my minimum $60 payment but also charge $35 to my credit card for their services.  So I fighting every month for $30.  

After many months of this I got fed up and didn't turn in the monthly paperwork and proof. I called in to ask if there was a better way to deal with this and to not have to be put through every hoop in the book just to get the coverage I was promised and paid for.  I ended up talking to a supervisor who first told me I was not allowed to talk then read me word by word the terms and conditions.  What can make someone more mad than that!  That is called a SCAM when you word terms and conditions so unethically to take advantage of the consumer.  On top of that everyone knows that is only going to make a consumer irate to hear this is policy or hear ridiculous terms and conditions that were never explained to you beforehand.  

So now I have had to pay the $35 fee for 5 months without a dime from them.  I'm waiting to hear back on any progress of getting as far away as possible from this horrible product.  I have tried to cancel and asked for a refund of the last several months and only time will tell to see how scammy this company is.  In the end this policy is NOT worth anything...stay far far away!!

Horrible Product!  Not worth your sanity.  Stay far away!
