BEWARE!! Although selling is fun on ebay and using paypal is fast....Sellers Beware!! If you sell an item and get your payment through paypal they DO NOT offer fair seller protection. I have lost hundreds of dollars and merchandise due unfair paypal resolution dispute process. All sellers PLEASE use tracking when sending an item as a buyer can file a dispute against you and say they never got their item and paypal WILL make you refund all monies including shipping.....and buyers know this. I have been ripped off numerous times by paypal siding with the buyer when I have sent the item to the buyer and then lose not only my item but all money involved with the transaction. Sellers we all need to boycott paypal and ebay until they start to believe the people who are the ones who make them money us sellers. Without us they have no way of staying alive. Remember sellers it is our listing fees and paypal fees that keep them in business..THEY NEED US!!

Ebay needs revamped!

I used to sell and buy alot on Ebay. The whole system is "broke". I like to call is scam central. I had a customer say he didn't receive an item he paid for. They immediately charged me back as if I never sold the item. This was for a $500 item. So not only did I lose my $$$$ I lost the item. After further investigation "by me" I proved that he did receive the item. It then took me 6 months to get my money back from Ebay. I will never use their services again.

I agree 100% the other problem is they will give a buyer a refund for "ANY REASON" I recently sold a item stating it was being sold in "AS IS" condition. Buyer received it said it was ugly filed a "item not as described" claim with paypal and within 24 hours the money was taken from my account refunded to buyer and case closed. This was absolutely incredible !! Although I will keep my paypal debit card for my personal use, I will NEVER again list an item with paypal as a payment option. I have since switched to an eBay approved payment service called moneybookers and so far so good.
