Paypal, Inc. Another victim of PAYPAL's fraud! San Jose California

I suppose I have become the latest victim of paypal. After reading people's horror stories for years I suppose I had it coming. I sent and accepted over 1/2 million US Dollars over 3 years with them and then they decided to screw me over three times in less than a month.

Episode 1 - I sold something on Ebay. Received paypal payment on a Wednesday, shipped the item on a Thursday to the Ebay and paypal confirmed address. On Friday the "buyer's" bank charged it back saying it was an unauthorized charge. Even though I had signature proof that it was delivered to the confirmed address paypal refused to credit me any money.

Episode 2 - Almost the same as above. Accepted a paypal payment on a Thursday, shipped on a Friday. The day it was received the scum bag rescinded the charge saying the item was never received. Paypal yanked the money from my account and refused to give it back, even though, once again, I had signature proof that it was delivered.

Episode 3 - The last straw. I had an idiot customer that had ordered from me for 4-5 years. He made a habit of screwing things up, installing things improperly, and breaking parts. (A LONG history of this.) His latest was nearly a $1400 screwup. We repaired the damage and he paid and even sent an email telling us that he was very happy. He then disputed the charges with paypal who investigated and found in our favor. Then a few weeks later, they took the money out of my account anyhow.

BEWARE OF PAYPAL!!! They will only enforce the terms of their service agreement that serve them best. If there is any way to screw you over they will do it!

Now after they stole money from me they are trying to collect from me!!!

BAN PAYPAL!!! FIND A BETTER OPTION!!!
