PC Charge Verifone PC Charge Requires a Charge For The Upgrade Plus a Year's Support Contract, Ridiculous Internet

PC Charge asks for an entire years support plus and upgrade fee if you want to update their software. This seems ridiculous as we never need support and pay almost $300 to just upgrade the software. I think these people need to be talked to about their charges and seem to just try to get your money any way they can. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. I think they should just charge for the software and not support. We have had issues with these people in the past and they tried to blame it on our Property Management software in which we paid for support with out property management software and they said this was not the problem and that it was on PC charges end, this is absolutely ridiculous. They need to figure something out because they are going to have a lot of unhappy customers. I encourage you to go with another company.
