Was hired on 5/21/2011 to write articles for his company UFO SEO. I was told that I would be paid 20.00 per article. I wrote three articles for Charles Schmuck and was never paid. My fist mistake is that I did not request to be paid upfront. 90% of my other clients have never had a problem paying at least or all of the monies owed upfront. But this guy talked a good game and I fell for it. His stores kept changing-evident of a dishonest person! He said I would be paid promptly for the first set of articles I wrote. I turned them in the following day 5/22/2011 on Sunday evening! I asked where my payment was and he changes the story to now I will be paid on Thursday! Today is Thursday and still no payment in my Pay pal account. His excuses: Gout, day off, and no time to read the articles. Even if he hasn't read them: guess what Mr. Schmuck: I do not work for free-never have and never will!
Then he tells me: I never said I would pay you! Mr. You've got b*lls! But hey, it's your company name not mine! I always live up to my word as you can see as you're reading this. That's right my word counts! After all I did say I was going to report you on this site didn't I?
You can rectify the problem by paying the $60.00 owed to me. I am not the first to complain about you. I read countless reports on how you have ripped people off with your other company PC Gecko.
You can always change your name from Charles Schmuck the third back to your name Charles Schuck III-it's up to you!

This report was filed during a period of frustration and will be forgiven for its harsh words. UFO SEO is a Search Engine Optimization firm that generates content for high-profile websites. Our strategy involves publishing articles on many websites around the Internet to attract web crawler bots and increase client exposure.
The filer of this report, a professional writer, was contracted to PUBLISH three articles on the popular website eZines. While her response was timely, the articles did not meet eZines guidelines, and therefore went unpublished by them. Although UFO SEO itself appreciated the effort, the three articles did not fulfill the pre-agreed verbal employment contract.
Had the author waited for eZines to approve or disapprove her work before filing this report, the issue might have been resolved in a more private, level-headed manner. As it stands now, all UFO SEO can do is apologize for any miscommunication between the contracted writer regarding the terms of employment and compensation. We assume the responsibility for our share of misunderstanding, and sincerely apologize for the unfortunate turn of events this professional partnership took.
The author of this rebuttal is the current staff writer for UFO SEO. I can personally assure you that my employment with UFO SEO has been gainful. Some of the work, especially for eZines, is challenging and occasionally needs to be visited multiple times. I only get paid once for inadequate work after it's been redone, and that's fair business. We cannot compensate you for a contract that remains unfulfilled.

Hi I am responding to your complaint on Charles schuck I have also ran into his scams at pc gecko computer repair .I have posted ur link to his pc gecko facebook site trying to help you out and get him shut down. He has been at this for a long time .

So this scammer e-mails me saying he was going to pay. Did He pay? I think not! I don't know who you thin you are, but this is not the end of this Charles Schmuck! You will see your name up in light and I won't stop until you pay. I am sick of thugs like you ! Why don't you go back to the streets where you belong! Pay up and I'll think about shutting up.-maybe. I wish someone or something would give you a good kick in A$%!
