PCH Parts Express Scott Salzberg Sent 5 vintage Eldon slot cars for repair in November 2015. Never contacted me about them, eventually messaged they were "misplaced". Oxnard California

I contacted PCH Parts Express about purchasing a power pack for an old slot car track and spoke with Scott Salzberg over the phone. He located a power pack for me and after some time, it arrived by mail. During our talk he told me that his company repaired old slot cars and emailed me an address. The following week, on 11/20/2015, I mailed 5 Eldon slot cars to his repair shop, and didn't hear back from him for 10 days. I called and asked about the slot cars, but he claimed no to have seen them even though my USPS tracking said they had arrived on 11/23/2015 and someone there recieved the package. It has been well over three months and no matter how many times I contact him through his website or email, I get no response.  All I want at this point is to have my slot cars returned to me and I will have nothing more to do with him.
