Has a habit of taking small businesses money and not completing the service they committed. Our group has paid Sherrod Shackelford and Partner LaVon (tens of thousand) of dollars to complete a project and nearly a year later not even a tenth of the work is completed. Then they call weekly asking for more payments. We didn't pay anymore money and both Sherrod and LaVon threatened our group. You would think this company had a better approach with small businesses as they do with Coca Cola, Seven 11, etc. "We are completely disgusted with PDG Design c/o PDG Branding & Marketing and are SUING them.
!!!THIS IS NO WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS OR TREAT PEOPLE!!!

PDG has also never threatened anyone or delivered less than 100% of work. Once again, we are not aware of this claim and it is 100% inaccurate.

PDG has been in business over 18 years and have successfully completed over 1,700 projects with major corporations and small businesses strictly by word of mouth and good service. We are not aware of who this compaint is coming from and why it exist. The client's name and city says Hollister, New York, in which we've never had clients in New York, nor are we being suedby anyone.
We have a strong track record with over 1,700 companies, something that very few can boaster. Anything contrary to this is inaccurate. As with any business, there may be pain points, however, we've never denied anyone a fair opportunity to resolve an issue they've had with us.
