On January 24, 2008 a person named Aaron Johnson III from PDM called, his Federal ID# is 22159 according to him. He stated that his company could get all our interest rates lowered on all our credit cards.
When asked how much this service would cost us, his answer was $990 but that it would be charged to our highest interest card. We would be guaranteed a minimum savings of $2500 once the debt management service is complete.
The credit card that it was charged to was not the highest interest card and the credit card was in Marshall's name only. He did not authorize this charge nor was the credit card number given to this company.
They did say that if we were not satisfied with the service, that they would refund all but $99. When I spoke to them about it, they said the service had been done even though no creditors had been contacted and therefore we were not entitled to a refund.
