I ordered the trail for $4.95 and paid with American Express. Then was charged $149.95 for second shipment which I returned and asked for refund. American Express gave me a credit and now I have gotten two letters from this collection angency telling me I owe $276.75 .I sent them the information they asked for and got another letter. I called them again and they offered me a deal of $149.95 to make it go away. I told them to leave me alone I do not have the products and I will not have my credit ruined for $275.75 .I will have my attorney handle this if I have to this is really not fair at all.I have have excellent credit and do not need this .Please help me
