Pearl Women's Center with Dr. Richard Rosenfield Dr. Rosenfield denies me treatment, refuses to explain why (I suspect medicare, because he has said multiple times that he is seeing me as a favor) Portland Oregon

After more than one of the secretaries at the front desk gushed about Kyle, a hormone balancing doctor and how much she helps, I made an appointment with her. Today, I get a call from a woman named Christina who was talking down to me like it was her job ("Honey, I'm sorry you feel that way"...do not ever apologize for my feelings, because they reflect your incompetence.

Apologize for THAT). and explained that since Dr. Rosenfeld think I need to get my pain managed before seeing the natural hormone balancing doctor, I am banned from seeing Kyle, the doc that all these secretaries gushed about. However, my Pelvic Floor Therapist, Naturopath, and Acupuncturist all said to see this woman, but  Christina said that Rosenfeld is Kyle's boss and because of this opinion, which contradicts that of three other doctors (who are all female), that I am not allowed to see her.

So even though 3 other extremely educated female doctors said to see a hormone balancing specialist and she is one of the very few who accepts medicare, because Rosenfeld has an opinion that counters three other extremely educated doctors, I can't see her and get the help that I need. He's causing harm by not allowing me to get hormone balancing, which all the other female doctors say will help tremendously with pain. And it gets drilled into me each time that Rosenfeld is doing me a huge favor by taking me on since I'm not rich and have medicare and he usually doesn't see lowly proletariat paupers like me.

For writing this review I'll probably get another condescending phone call from Christina, the woman who called me because Rosenfeld is too big of a coward to break the news that he has no understanding of hormones, but Christina will lie like and tell me I’m not a patient anymore for *insert pretend reason here*, as opposed to because I told people the truth about this ridiculous office.
