I had been living at Pendleton Lake East Apartments for 7 years and have never missed paying my rent.   However, Mr. Caskey and Pendleton Lake Apartments attempted to price me out of my apartment by alalleging that I did not renew my lease at the special renter's rate for tentant who have been living at the property. 

When, I display evidenced of the fact that I did sign the renewal lease in the specified time frame Mr. Caskey  started to retaliate against me. He then placed a notice to remove or leave the premises for a previousl legally installed satellite dish, then when I cited FCC regulation indicting that the rental propert has to make reasonable accomodations for the dish he started to hang up on me and request that I pay a additonal fee to keep the dish.  The dish had been installed with the permission of the rental owner and renters insurance was on file with the rental office.  mr. Caskey then asked that all subquent communcation be discussed with the law the Bill Willis Law Firm.

  In additon, Mr. Caskey, was slow to remove black mold which was caused by leaking from the apartment above and when he finally  addressed the mold his staff put stuckle over the black mold.  He did this after I informed him that he had 30 days to per Ohio Revised Code to address tenant maintanience request.  He refused to resolve the BBB complaint and he refused to renew my lease stating that I violated the lease agreement for illegally installing the satellite dish despite me removing it. He stated on the Ohio Civial Rights Commison compliant that I filed that I was agressive when in fact he was price gauging me and theatening to evict me. 

He and the law offices of Willis implied that I was agressive to justify their poor landlord tentant practices without ever indicating the aggressive behaviors.  I never used profanty or made any threats towards Mr. Scott Caskey or his Office employees.  The rental property also kept $80.00 citing that I left my apartment excessively dirty. which I have picture of. However, i will have to download them later due to contraints during the composition process and accessibility.

Jason Williams, you illegally had a satelite dish intalled which was againist your lease agreement. Once the dish was found attached to the structure of our apartment building meaning screwed into the actual structure on the second level you were given a "Three Day Notice" for property damage.

At the end of your lease you were asked to vacant the apartment community for refusal to repair property damage you authorized. This had NOTHING to do with race as you tired to make it by having the Civil Rights Comission investigate myself and Pendleton Lake East.

No racism was found period so please stop using the race card it's pathetic when a grown man tries to  degraded someone else due to his own stupidy and you can and I may sue you for defamation of character.
