This Peoples Management Resource Inc. "PMRI" firm run by Andrew Gottlieb, claimed to have been in business 26 years back in January 2013. He can now ad another 18 months to it, however, no funding!  I paid for and was approved by PMRI for a Letter of Credit of 10M in January of 2013, and was to be funded in 30 days or less. Gottlieb agreed to loan 80% or 8M. We signed a Promissory Note, Term Sheet and other official documents and it sounded real and looked it from the docs. Its now June 2014 and after 18 months of BS emails and texts {he never picks up his phoone when he knows you're calling} from him telling me he'll fund next week after the IRS or Homeland Security, or Chase Bank etc. releases the funds. I finally accepted, I was ripped off and what made it worse is the fact that numerous others have been too and they posted it on the net to let people like me know ahead of time. I wish I had read the reviews before I paid this BS operation and waited week after week for the money that never came in 18 months and ruined my new company. I've reported him to the FBI, DA, SEC, IRS, and local Bellmore NY police and now you all reading this. I will also provide anyone the loan docs, texts, emails and anything anyone requests to see for verification that this PMRI and Andrew Gottlieb is a rat b*d thief.
