Perennial Care Insurance Took money out of my account without autherization New York

I called to look into getting Health Insurance outside of my job insurance. The lady said she needed my card information so she could hold the premium at that price regardless if the amount went up. Told me I would receive a package in about 7 days and if I signed it and sent it back they would draft  my account. If they did not hear back from me then I would not be charged. One week later my account was drafted for $74.97 then the next day they drafted another $479.90 from my account. That is a total of $ 554.87 in a two day time frame. When I called they said I had agreed and that it would take 5 to 7 days for the money to be back in my account. However that still has not happened to this point. I am really upset because now I can not buy my Insulin ( life or death medication) nor buy food to feed my 6 year old. Do not fall for this scam!
