Perennial Care New York Perennial Care Claim to be health insurance but absolutely are not! Lied about everything they cover including but not limited to only paying for 2 visits per year to my primary care physician. No prescription coverage, coverage for tests, hospital stays, etc., DO NOT PURCHASE THIS "COVERAGE"! New York New York

I purchased coverage with this company for the year 2017 and found out mid way through the year that Perennial Care would only cover 2 appointments with my Primary Care Dr. This was in direct contrast to the policy I was sold over the phone and the coverage it provided. I am 34 yrs old, healthy, my monthly premium is $189.95 It goes without saying that no intelligent person would purchase insurance that only paid for 2 doctor visits. The very idea defies the term "insurance". Since I'm now paying a substantial dollar amount out of my own pocket for what I trusted was what I was enrolling into, I would appreciate any information on how to put this bunch of crooks out of business and recoup my money.

 Unified Caring Association (UCA) is dedicated to total client satisfaction and we deeply regret that you do not feel that you received the appropriate service.  Feeling good about what you purchased is our highest priority and we apologize that this has not been achieved.  We strive to exceed expectations with our customers.  As a policy and in practice, The UCA is committed to addressing and resolving all issues.

 For your understanding, association memberships are sold by independent licensed agents. Memberships contain various consumer savings benefits including both insurance and non-insurance benefits. Members are emailed a fulfillment email outlining the log on process to view their membership materials immediately upon joining the association. You are informed during the enrollment process that the insurance benefits included in the association membership are not Major Medical. In addition, the brochure and the membership packet states that the insurance benefits are not major medical. Association members also have a 30-day cancellation period during which members may call and cancel and receive a full refund. We would like to help you with this matter.

 Once again, we are disappointed that you were not content with the membership benefits that you purchased. Please contact customer service at (855) 556-5053, so that we can assist you in this matter and hopefully find the perfect solution.
