Performance Health USA, LLC Company sent me AcaiBerry sample, then a follow up bottle that was not requested. No billing on credit YET! However? Orem Utah

A couple of weeks ago I asked for and received a free sample of Acai Berry from Performance Health USA. Today I received a normal size bottle of the same thing. I had not requested this. I am suspicious and will monitor credit card account.

I have been unable to find any way to contact this company aside from regular mail. To my knowledge I have not agreed to any membership or other agreement to receive further shipments.

If this company were on the up and up you would be able to contact them by phone, fax, e-mail, or regular mail. Look out, this looks like a scam job and I am returning the bottle I received today with receipt confirmation required, along with letter telling not to send any further shipments to me.
