Jonathan Brian submitted incorrect documentation to the court and the judge denied my claim.

Jonathan knew the burden and impact this would have on my family and our future. He is doing nothing to resolve the situation he created and refuses to speak to me until January 7, 2015.

I am injured and the only reason I decided to accept the settlement made to buy out my lifetime medical was to save my home.  January 7th might be too late.
