Worked with Peter James & jet Set events over the Course of a Month from August until sept 12th 2013  Hosting 6 events iin 3 locations Each event there was a New Problem Or reason that what was agreed upon for payment didnt happen . The first event was given 3 days after i started i was told to bring out as many people as i could at $5 a person After the event when i awaited payment i was told there was a minimum number for promoters/host to get paid  that i didnt reach!

I took it in stride seeing it as only the first event The second event i brought more then the minimum out but was still told i had less   My third event i arived to the venue & was there over a hour with the staff  waitng untill the event started It wasn't until i receieved multiple call that my guests were being denied entry i went down to the door for them to say i dont have a guestlist at all & these 25 people can't come in unless they all opened $100 bar tabs which we told him was ludacris .

My 4th Event i was moved to a new venue  & told my pay rate has changed to $4 per person on the guestlist & $10 Paid plus 10 percent of the bar sales .  That night I pre ordered 6 bottles before i arrived and had 100 People show up  selling in total 15 Bottles (which i counted due to problems in the past with the numbers) i was told i only had 68 people & sold 5 bottles which made no sense becasue i preordered 6 before i arrived !
 I was given a check for $250 which if you do the math is not even half of what i was owed & told that i didnt sell that many bottles there was alot of comps &  would give me a Bar printout next time & it would be better which never happened My next event Went the same way recieving excuses on why i coulnt be paid what i was owed. Peter is a crafty Con man when i asked for the bar printout on saturday he said he would have them monday. On monday he told me about the bar printout all day but i took him till tuesday night to forward me a Message that look like it was obviously edited by him  On my last event i Told peter that i could not work like this & would be quiting after this event becasue of his tendancy to go break deals & agreements He started telling me about his 10 years as a party promoter & club owners as if to threaten he could black ball me as he shorted me on My Last Event paying me half of the last check totaling $109 My last event our agreement was for 25% of the event I have never receieved any kind of payment for that event & i warn all other promoters & event coordinators That this guys is a Liar & cheater looking to prey upon your clients & cheat you for your work if this stops one Person form being his next victim it was worth it !
