You can add utter and complete arrogance to your report on these guys. I too had to deal with them coming into my new home but in my case they were sub-contracted to the general contractor or at least given access to the home owners. That gave them the right apparently to walk in as they pleased and in general treat me as though it was my privilege to have to pay them for the work they did. The guy I met was surly.
You can imagine when I had to have a dish moved it was only because I could not find another dish(existing) installer and with great reluctance that I called them. More arrogance and surly questions. The quote was $150 and it would have to wait a week until he got back from somewhere.
Well it was months and it was in fact never done.
