Called this delearship requesting information on a 2012 Tahoe. Keep in mind I had not been to the dealership just enquring.

After a breef talk with the sels rep they ask me about financing, which I stated I had financing. I gave them my information and thought all was well. Went on the following Saturday to look at the Tahoe and it was really trashed out I would not give a third of what they were askning ofr it and left the lot. About a week later I got a notification from Credit report that my credit score had dropped due to NINE enquries. I logged into view my credit report and Peters Auto Mall had run nine credit enquries on vechiles I never even ask about, and this was't clearfied until I call Peters Auto and ask what they were doing.

At this time I have spent $60.66 in registered leters to all those creditors asking that this be removed from my credit report as they were not authorized by me by a hair brain that thought she was doing me a big favor by getting me into a car. I didn't need a car I was looking for my Daughter.

Beside other steps,, I have mailed out registered letters to all creditors involved to have them removed as they were not authorized. They haven't removed them..Said I need to go back to who ever subimitted them. I called Peters auto mall seven times requesting for this person to call me back just as I have called 11 times and four VM's for the Gemeral Manager to call me back. Well my phone isn't ringing and it's not broken.

The Finance people didn't run any credit enquires on me byt DD did. When I called her and ask about it and as to why they were different amounts being requested she stated that she di it trying to get me a beter interest rate. I didn't ask anyone to get me a beter interest rate.....

If you were just inquiring and looking for your daughter, and had your own financing why would you give them your Social Security Number and other information required to run a Credit Report?

Also, your credit doesn't get checked by the vehicle.  It gets checked by the bank.  So your credit could have been run 9 times, but it was run by 9 different banks..not for 9 different cars.

As for removing the inquiries, what you first should have done is placed a dispute with the 3 credit reporting agencies.  This can usually be done on-line and for free(by law).   Then if they don't remove it you could have taken additional steps.
