Ashley hawthorne wouldn't leave my mother alone and demanded that she be in trouble. Well i was going to report her brother driving illegial who do they think they are. Wanting to get my mother in trouble and her they are breaking the law and not registering their vehicles, like everyone else is suppose to do. They were driving for 12 months illegial and i'm sure the phenix city police and the columbus police saw them and didn't pull them over. But they sure will pull anyone else over.

It made me mad after what they did to my mom and the police letting them drive illegial. The phenix city police pulled over my uncle for failer to yeild but they gave him a warning. The phenix city police was harassing my family buy pulling my uncle over, yet they let ashley hawthorne brother drive illegial. Of course their is "RAGE" in me. And they are doing it on purpose just to put rage in me.

I'm going to write a book about these injustice that ashley and chaz hawthorne along with their friends and how they unjustly ruined my reputation, by teaching their kids to be bad seeds like them. When I would be leaving they would purposely send them outside for me to try and hit them. They should have their kids taken away if they are going to use them as weapons to ruin someones live. I will put all what they said about me in the book. They have no right to spread untrue things about me.

It just puts rage in ashley and chaz hawthorne when we move on with our lives. They want me and my mother to pay for the rest of our lives for it. Ashley and chaz hawthorne was willing to have their kids injuried by running them out into the street and we almost hit them, they are teaching them to lie and be bad seeds like them. And she pretends to help "POOR PEOPLE" after how she say we was poor they make me SICK!

She is able to influence the police against us that is why she continues to bother us, and the stunt that she pulled by having her family move in to harass us and torment us failed to. Because we still didn't move.

Ashley hawthorne is a s***k liar and a fraud. Wells fargo is do everything that they can to put rage in me. By not punishing ashley hawthorne for the unethical and criminal things she has done to me and my mother. Yet she gets to prosper. I've just about had it with wells fargo trying to shove her in our face because they know how we feel about her and chaz hawthorne.

Ashley hawthorne wants us to suffer for some reason.  There is a H*ll for liars and corrupt people like at wells fargo. Ashley hawthorne and her cronies corrupt criminal wells fargo co-workers may fool the public. But they don't fool me. She will not always get away with her crimes like she thinks she does. By trying to ruin our life and make us suffer.

GOD HATES LIARS AND FALSE ACCUSERS.

Ashley hawthorne has a lot of nerveto come around us after how she got our checking account closed.  And how she told the judge she is so scared of us. Well why does she come around us then, to try and say we are harassing her when in fact its her harassing us always has been. But her whole bank got busted for wrongfully reporting people to the early warning check company who reports bad experiences with banks so you wouldn't be able to get a new one.

Ashley hawthorne crap got exposed to the whole world, but she has enough nerve to come in our neighborhood even though she doesn't live there anymore. I should not have to live in fear of being falsely accused.  TO CONSPIRE TO HURT OR HARM SOMEONE IS UNLAWFULL. What makes this bad is that the phenix city police was involved in the conspire stuff with ashley and chaz hawthorne to do this evil thing against us. We were the ones being called names and how ashley hawthorne told my mother to take her mentlly retarded son back in her home and the police sided with her is a pure outrage!

We was called hurtful and nasty names by our neighbors because of ashley hawthorne.  Our neighbors are all against us because of ashley hawthorne because of the slanderous lies that she has spread about me. And the other neighbors have tried to harass and harm me by pulling out in front of me and almost hitting them.

Its illegal for me to call ashley hawthorne the B word. But its legal for her to tell my mom to take her mentally retarded child back in her home. Ashley and chaz hawthorne has no authority over my home to tell us to do anything. We the crap that has been exposed from wells fargo is why she was acting like a demented demon! And the phenix city police siding with her.

The police wasn't going to charge her with harassment because she worked at wells fargo. Because they thought that my life wasn't worth something. THE POLICE ARE SUPPOSE TO TREAT ALL PEOPLE FAIRLY NOT SHOW FAVORTISM. BUT THE PHENIX CITY POLICE AND COURT JUDGE AND BE BOUGHT.

I was denied to file harassment charges against ashley hawthorne, for her telling me I should take my retarded son back in my home. The clerk of the court was acting funny and acting like she knew something because she was also married to a phenix city police officer. And I was single because they thought that my life wasn't worth fighting for because  didn't work at some bank. It was an outrage of how the police treated me with her calling my son mentally retarded and calling me the B word to the top of her lungs.

But to the police it was unlawful for me to call her anything back. I was just suppose to stand their and take my neighbors harassment and abuse or they was going to make me suffer and pay.

 But then the DA made me agree not to sue ashley and chaz hawthorne for the emotional H*ll I was put through and humiliation that I had to endured is a pure OUTRAGE!. Or I could face going to jail for 1 year on a LIE if I didn't agree not to sue them. 

Then later I heard this woman got awarded damages because the police punched her in the eye. But I guess emotional damage and mental pain doesn't count as suffering like battery or assault like how the phenix city police did to this woman. She got about $200,000. This is the same thing even though the police didn't cause me no bodily injuries like they did this woman. I have been emotional scared for the rest of my life and I am suffering more emotiona;;y due to them not letting me sue ashley and chaz hawthorne.

And she keeps harassing me to this day through her renters, and they emotionally abuse me because of her and the lies she has said about me to them. My life still don't matter because I WAS DENIED AGAIN TO SUE ASHLEY HAWTHORNE. 

For having an intent to cause me some injury like emotional suffering is a injury because i can't do the things i could before this. Ashley hawthorne has such hate and malice against me because I was sucessful in my life and she can't take it. But they better watch it about her family trying to harm or hurt my son, I will file harassment charges against them. I will have them arrested.

The judge told us not to go around ashley and chaz hawthorne. Well they take it upon themselves to come around us to instigate trouble. She moved in her family so she could come around and make our lives more miserable by acting like look at me i can do what ever i wan't to. Lots of other so called victims have won retraining orders but still went around the person that they're so afraid off.

And people have said its on them if something happens. They are trying to inrage me because the judge will rule in they're favor and put me in jail when i haven't done a thing.  I don't have to worry people who do dirty deeds to others will get theirs back worse then what they put you through. Don't act to cocky.

They are two sides to every issue. Like this one time Chax made this PAPA johns employee turn around in our drive way besides theres. We complaind about it and the employee rode by our house to intimidate us. My life is being taken away from me and my civil rights being violated. Whats worse people believe their lies against me. And I have no way to defend my self or if I do anything to defend myself. It will only make matters worse.

So I just don't care if I have no friends or if they side with chaz or ashley hawthorne. Because it will be them who will go before God on judgement day along with chaz and ashley hawthorne. I will be in peace in Heaven, while they be in torment. They wouldn't let me have my life hear on earth, they will not go to Heaven because of their evil and wicked ways. They will perish!

I have a right to live my life with out ashley hawthorne interfering in our lives by constantly falsely accusing us of harassing her and then getting wells fargo invovled. I'm tired of being almost killed by these wreckless phenix city corrupt police officers, who take my turn just because they are a cop and because they want to harass me based on what the lies ashley and chaz hawthorne and their friends said against me. I am not giving my due process. I am still being condemnd by the phenix city police because of this B**** ashley hawthorne and how she is sitting on her MOFIA thrown at wells fargo telling people to harm me.

I have never killed anyone its these wreckless and careless phenix city drivers who are trying to kill me. By cutting me off running stop signs pulling out in front me and running red lights, and they have some gall to think that I have killed some body which I never have or never will. We waited for over 20 years to have our own house, and these felon criminal police and ashley and chaz hawthorne ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT AWAY FROM US!

And these phenix city cops have seen other drivers cut me off and done nothing about it. Because of this crap that they let ashley and chaz hawthorne file harassment charges even though they harassed us, and how they started the confrontation that night calling my mother the B word and telling my mom why don't she take her mentally retarded son back in our home.

And these family members of police officers think they are going to falsely accuse me and the cops take the law into their own hands. I have been recording everything I do. 

I will never be able to support myself because I have been so tramatized and victimized I am unemployable for life. Because of the mental anguish that I have suffered with ashley and chaz hawthorne ruining my reputation to where I wouldn't get hired at any job to support myself. We might not could had sued for damages.

But ashley and chaz hawthorner and others who have done me wrong. Will be compensation for how they falselt accused me. That will be their torture for the torture and humulation that they and the phenix city police put me through.

They hate women in phenix city and will put them throw the book at you unless your a blond wearing short shorts and flirting with the police they will throw your book at you because the cops and the courts think that your life is meaningless because your not a bank manager.

My point is this man committed robbery and should spend 10 years in jail for it and should had gotten the book thrown at him. But he managed to cut a deal with the prosecutor and now he doesn't get no jail time. This burns me up after how I was falsely accused and charged with harassment and found guilty. Even though ashley hawthorne was the one who instigated the screaming by calling me the B**** and my telling me that I should take my mentally retarded son back in my home. Like she had some type of authority like she owned my house and property.

Wells fargo made a business decision around 05/12/2015 to close my checking account which I had opened 3 weeks before this to close my account because of my so called harassment of their district manger lliar false accuser mentally deranged ashley hawthorne. Who has always stalked me and harassed me. And wells fargo don't want me as their customer anymore because of this deranged B****.

She should be fired fo lying about me which caused me to lose my account because my prior one was compromised, which is why i was told to go to a local branch to open a new one which is a outrage to only find out later when I called to check my balance i was transferred to a live wells fargo banker who told me my checking account was closed and a cashier check was being sent to me. Wells fargo is cruel to do this to people, let them get embarassed when they went to purchase something it would had gotten decline.

I was sent a threatening letter by dane chambers who stated that wells fargo was exercising their right to  close my account. But they wasn't exercising their right until ashley hawthorne ran her mouth and made a false 911 call to where i was taking care of my own banking business. 

Ashley hawthorne had no right to keep on interfer in my life or my own banking business and try to violate my civil rights.

Wells fargo act like judge and jury and condemned me and stating i was to never enter the phenix city location branch the one where I ran into ashley hawthorne. That is because the employees at the location branch are felon employees, to do such a dirty trick, to run me around and little did i know what dirty thing these employees and her was cooking up. 

Because i noticed them starring at me my last visit, then I notice the police showed up and i thought right away, that ashley hawthorne was trying to get me wrongfully in trouble like she had done before and had gotten away with it, but she was trying to do it again. I was unjustly treated wrong by wells fargo employees at this phenix city location. But the police didn't do nothing to me and they looked confused.

Wells fargo sure took action to write me a threatening letter and telling me to stay out of wells fargo. This is how dirty and a bunch of rats who are working at wells fargo. They wouldn't even listen to my side of the story about that I was the one being harassed by ashley hawthorne, she was harassing and stalking me but wells fargo wouldn't hear any of it.

 I can see why now ashley and chaz hawthorne decided to become bankers because they are protected under the law and the police would not charge them with anything but show ashley and chaz hawthorne showed them favortism just like how the phenix city district attorney and phenix city police and judge ruled in her favor.  

Ashley hawthorne said to me why don't i take my mentally retard son back in to my home. Like she had some type of authority over me and my son because of them being criminals at wells fargo bank enriching themselves with opening phony bank accounts. That is why she had such a demon smile toward me thinking that she was going to ruin me by charging me with harassment.

I was denied to file charges against her for her telling me that I needed to take my mentally retarded son back in my home. They didn't want to charge a banker with harassment because that would make them lose their lively hood. Well WTH they didn't consider my lively hood and i was the one being harassed and  victimized by this B****. 

And to add insult to injury the district attorney office demanded that I not sue them or rish being found guilty by the state of alabama and going to jail. So i agreed not to sue. But this is why ashley hawthorne thinks that she still can falsely accuse me of harassment and try to cause misery in my life. And another thing she pulled this stunt where she moved her family in their home after 3 renters had moved in and they to harassed me, because ashley hawthorne told them that she got me in trouble and that the police would do nothing to them. So they formed a opinion about me to. It was a living night mare.

This was a way for ashley hawthorne to come over there even though the judge told me to stay away from her, she wanted to make my life miserable. And her parents have unjustly condemned me and my son and they started to harass him showing him baseball bat and a finger gun which he filmed. I can see why ashley hawthorne gets her bully thugness. Her parents raised her to be a B****, because they too were nasty bullies to. Its no telling how many people they unjustly accused of harassing them.

They had such hate and malice against me because ashley hawthorne and chaz hawthorne was falsely accusing us to them saying we did this and that. That is why her father hated my son so much and he didn't do anything. Ashley hawthorne was jealous of me so was chaz because I was a single female living on my own and owning my own house, and not being dependant on a man.  That is what thise two married  B****** hated and they wanted me to lose it all by falsely accusing me.

And the phenix city police and the court was all directly involved in wanting to destroy me.  Ashley and chaz hawthorne couldn't stand me doing anything on my property. So falsely accusing me was the only way they thought that they could control me. They had gotten my other neighbor against me but i don't care.

The judge told me not to go around them. But this is what ashley hawthorne wanted was to keep me locked up in my own home and not have any freedoms. I hate and despise the judge to. He didn't take into consideration about what they called my son telling me to take my mentally retarded son back in my home. I was angered and outraged!  That everyone was against me and my son even them ashley hawthorne called him this hate slure and ashley and chaz hawthorne calling me the B word screaming it at me at the top of my lungs. This was all happening at 10:00 pm them being disordely conduct.

And the phenix city police sided with them and wouldn't let me file harassment charges. 

Ashley and chaz hawthorne are a couple of rogue wells fargo bank employees who are still employeed. And doing criminal and unethical things against us. Ashley hawthorne wanted to ruin us but she can take the heat. If ashley and chaz hawthorne insist on falsely accusing us of harassing them, we will have no choice but to give a video to the media of her father showing me the finger gun telling me that i'm a dead man.

The phenix city district district attorney denied us justice.  Yes i have a right to be outrage with them telling me to stay away from me when their friend came charging at me. But the phenix city police put in the police report, "That my neighbor placed his trash cans on the side walk. No he was running and charging at me and he angrily threw them out of his truck onto his drive way. Because I showed him my video camera. Well he put up a camera to spy on me I was going to let him now I had a camera to.

Its an "OUTRAGE" that the district attorney office told me to stay away from the guy who tried to hurt me. He is the one who angrily threw his trash cans out of his truck. But the phenix city cop protected this sleezeball because the phenix city district attorney and phenix city police are sleezeballs to.

Ashley hawthorne insist on keeping on trying to falsely accuse us of harassing her and sicking her family on me. Then i'm going on all the complaint websites and expose what a lying fraud felon criminal that she and her entire family of psycho really are. She should not had made a false 911 call or a false police report claiming we was harassing her when we was told to come in an open a new account. But it was all a set up for her to falsely accuse us once again.

Wells fargo has done nothing to ashley hawthorne or to her fellow co-workers and their criminal felon unethical things that they had done toward us. We will continue to fight for our rights and this is civil harassment. Ashley hawthorne even had the nerve to move her family to try and harass us and make our lives miserable so she could come over. Nobody wants to get bankers in trouble this is why ashley hawthorne has such a demon smile. 

All I can do is write these complaints warning what felon phsycho. In other states people are arrested for making up false police reports. Well not if you're a banker in phenix city al. They get shown "FAVORTISM!"
