PHH Mortgage Services, Mortgagequestions.com Uncooperative with any customer requests, refuse to send info Internet

Time after time, call after call, internet chat one after another... this company STILL won't update our information and send us the PMI removal information, auto-pay bank change info or info to add my husband to the file so he can speak with them.

We own many rental properties and this is the absolute worst company to ever work with. From the beginning of the servicing they were hard to deal with when we requested to change our address to a different address. It took 4 calls to do that! Each time they say they have no record of our previous call and swear up and down that they get it taken care of this time, but it NEVER happens. They never send year end mortgage interest statements even though they have been requested. An absolute joke. I hope this company fails and our servicing rights are sold to anyone else.

I work in the industry and have dealt with thousands of mortgage companies throughout the years and have never dealt with a company this irresponsible.
