SO I guess Duncan Weirman was right about Phill Grove after all. The first scam was to sell the MAPS Program, (Mortgage Assignment program) and according to Duncan it was illegal in the US. Turns out he was right and many people who bought the program are left having lost $1000. There no real success stories, more programs sold than clients doing deals.

Now Phill Grove after going dry find a new way of making money and in my opinion it is worse. Here is how it works

Step 1: He brings you to one of his real estate groups in Austin, Houston or Dallas.

Step 2: Offers for you to pay between $197 to $1000 for a 3 day class mostly in texas but other parts of the country as the well is dying off fast there.

Step 3: At the event you fill out a form and that form is meant to see how much money you have. If you have money you will be invited over to Phill's house for a dog and pony show. If you have no money they will round you up at the end of event and give you a due or die option.

Step 4: The coaching packages are between 20K and 50K but the troubling part is the 50K, people are led to believe that Phill and his wife will do deals with you, with that is not the case. In fact Phill will refer you to someone in his networks. Most of his coaches are people who lost money in real estate. They get paid 20% to sell you and there are many unhappy people with how the coaching is going and the fact there are so little success stories.

Now you know how it works. Phill makes more money on real estate seminars than in his real estate and the promise of doing deals with him for 50K is like a business opportunity should be investigated. If you want your money back I suggest you reach out to his former attorney who left him because he was not happy how the program was not work working. Mark Turok out of San Antonio.
