Phoenix Extended Care Crappy warranty company --- Dirty business! Miami Florida

This company is a ripoff. THey take your money, they DON"T cover ANYTHING...then they make it hard as heck to cancel...They also try to have word on voided  inaccurate contracts...even though they know its not valid, they refuse to refund the contract in the full amount.

DO NOT get this Warranty......unless you like to give away free money of course and like to get screwed.

Emily is the manager of the cancellations department, she doesn't even call you back, she gets your assisstant to call back. Also she also doesn't call back the same day. I had to call back to back to finally get a callback. 

Said assisstant, when asked who is Emily's supervisor, didn't know who it was. I stated is Emily the owner of the company for which the response was "no"....well then, who is the CEO , the COO, Owner...anyone above her. She said she didn't know and wasn't helpful at all. I said "fine, I'll just google it and find out"...she replied to go ahead and do that. 

Pretty much they denied a claim, have an invalid contract (no mileage stated on the contract) but only wanted to refund 30% of the paid price....not to mention it took months to try to get it cancelled. They don't let you cancel if you have a lien....WHY NOT??? if its our contract (mine was invalid tho) then why CANT WE CANCEL???!!!! again....DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...and make sure your bank, nor your auto salesperson add it to your loan...seems easy to take it and cancel later....but its NOT!!! and they won't even give you a full refund!!! nor will they cover any issues on your car....read other reviews...its true!
