POA should be ashamed to own Wynn's Extended Warrantee. I have contacted Wynn's Warrantee about a claim that should have been covered but is not for a *STUPID* reason and has now cost me almost $6,000!!
Well I will be paid, I have filed a law suit and I am going to court on Aug 18th with Wynn's Warrantee AKA Phoenix of America. They have the biggest RIP OFF Scam I have ever seen! I purchased the 30,000 mile warrantee for $2,500 from Car Center Superstore WHO no longer sells Wynn's because they are a fraudulent company.
I recommend looking under "Wynns" for more information. I gave this company until the 18th to settle my claim otherwise the lawsuit will go through and they will be broadcasted on FOX news.
