Yes you did replace some of them as i mentioned but always unqualified leads as I said before in emails if you provided the leads we agreed to pay for we would not have had to dispute them I only wanted what I paid for no more or less just what your company promised.  I currently use 3 other lead sorces  and I have not had any problems with the quality of the leads therefore, I did not need to dispute them. I am not concerned with this complaint since I was the consumer who was ripped off and it has no baring on the quality of our work or service we provide.  I will not continue to reduce to this unprofessionalism only to say as I have said before I will pray for you and forgive you for your resentment and anger towards me and my company and hope that you can find it in your heart to  move on forgive  and change your business to where people do not have to get ripped off anymore.

First off she did not win the chargeback.  It was just filed.  Listed below are all of the appointments that she ordered.  Notice that she went on the appointments prior to even be charged.  The date the appointments were sent are below.  She was charged on May 1st, 2013.  She went on receiving appointments for an entire month.  Then in mid June she decides to chargeback .... 2 months have gone by since she recieved the appointments.  Don't believe her dishonesty.  Frances is a FRAUD ..... Read this very carefully & do your homework because there are plenty of reputable solar companies out there that are not a start-up trying to over charge you.  Frances is very dishonest.  I have plenty of emails to post when she was satisfied & plenty to post that will clearly show she doesn't have the capital to run an honest solar company.

She owes our company over 2,000.00   Don't allow her to do this to YOu !!!!

The facts of the complaint are not true the truth is that they ripped me off  and I complained to the Better Business Bureau and disputed my charges with my credit card and awarded the credit back since they ripped me off. They are  a lead generating company that We hired to generate leads for our company.  I was charge 1,000.00 in advance for 10 qualified leads . The leads were suppose to be verified twice once by the telemarketeer and agian by  the manager (Jared Anthony or Jim Quinn)  The leads were suppose to be people intrested in Solar with a 700 credit score they could guarentee the 700 but if they did not have the 700 credit score we could return the lead and get another one.  Once I paid the money they would start giving me leads it actually took about 3 weeks  we requested certain areas but they gave us leads out of our area .When the leads  finally came in in they were awful some people did not know anything about solar  who we were, and why we called,they seemed lonely and just wanted company. For example one was very old and had alzheimers, one had stage 4  cancer and had no intrest in solar, the list goes on and on.  This is why this claim is not warrented. Please look further into their Comany and ours before making a decision.
