These scumbags (Paul W.) took my credit card information over the phone and never explained or showed any documentation that they would be charging my credit card on a monthly basis. When I discovered that they were charging my credit card in the amount of $134 a month for 5 extra months....this bozo Paul W. who plays 3 different roles (sales, customer service, billing dept.)answers every call for every dept., refused to reverse the charges. BEWARE that they never disclaim any documention to the charges on your credit card NOR do they show you any kind of document that they will be charging your credit card on a re-occuring basis. THEY RUN A VERY DECEPTIVE PRACTICE!!!!!! Look out for this so called Paul W.
