PhonePros Philip Beauford Buymax Thieves - Stole Our Money Bakersfield California

We issued a purchase order to purchase some samples of the various used cell phones they had availbel to sell.  Since they were a new vendor, we were only purchasing a sample of the available phones in an effort to determine quality etc. Vendor required 100% prepayment via wire transfer which is not unusual in this industry.  After typical delays and stall tactics of scammers, the owner, Philip Beauford has not shipped the phones we paid for and had not refunded our money.  The last correspodence with the owner he was asking for even more money to be sent.....another typical scam tactic.  Stay away from PhonePros, Buymax or any other company associated with Philip Beauford.  He is a their and a crook.
