"B" Rated Caf Threatens over 400
The crime, dirty dishes. The location, Glendale , California .
A little bit of politeness goes a long way, rudeness is remembered forever.
Pioneer Caf which shares a building with a Day's Inn Hotel and a 400 unit Extended Stays tenant complex recently threatened all 400 tenants with police investigation.
Pioneer Caf provides room service to Extended Stays tenants and Day's Inn guests. The caf believes the tenants are keeping many of the restaurants property which includes, trays, plates and utensils."
So, the restaurant placed flyers under tenant doors telling them to leave the restaurants property "outside your room IMMEDIATELY or we will notify the police department for further investigation."
It was requested that Pioneer Caf send out an apology. They have not acknowledgment that request.
Typical response by the tenants to the flyer has been Negative.
