Pipeline Data Processing Inc And Charge.com I can not believe Pipeline Data is in business! Alpharetta Georgia

I have opened a merchant account with Pipeline Data Processing Inc to accept credit cards for my business. I have not heard anything from them and one single day they decided to with hold my funds ($20,556.57 to be exact) and requested information for a few transactions. I have provided all information they have requested. They have continued holding my funds. According to Visa/Master Card policies a merchant has the rights to hold funds for 120 days (4 months), only if customer breaks policies that have been agreed on. I have never been informed of any errors on my part or have done anything than has not been agreed on when opening the account with Pipeline Data. Pipeline Data has also filed my name, social security and business information to be flagged as TMF (Terminated Merchant File) shortly after holding my funds. I was not aware of this till October of 2007. I have been calling and speaking to a female last named Black. We have agreed to have my funds released and for them to keep a $20,000 reserve for security. Three days later I received an email that my account has been closed without explanation or opportunity to resolve anything. By having TMF on my name I will not be able to accept Visa/Master Card on my name for the rest of my life (me being 23 years old). The only thing I am requesting is to remove the TMF off of my name and to release the held funds ($20,556.57). I am 23 years old; having the thought of not accepting credit cards for the rest of my life is not very comforting because Pipeline Data decided not to have me as a customer.
